So its like the 3rd unofficial oceanic Jap sever, yet it seems to be the ONLY one that hasn't opened up once for new character creation since they started rotating the open/closed stuff.

Bit annoying since I'm trying to play with friends, 3 of us are on, and my girlfriend can't join the bloody server…

Seems weird to me that Tiamat of all servers would end up being this full!
