If I want to play the english version of the game with my ps4 on JP servers, since I live in China pings would be ideal. Do I create a PSN account on EU or USA PSN and buy the game digitally there? And select the JP server? Or would I need to select a EU/USA server first then switch? Or must I get a JP PSN and buy JP version of the game to play on their servers? Would I still be able to change the game to English?

If anybody on ps4 can walk me through this, that would be greatly appreciated :)

PS. I know the game is cross-platform, are PS4 players about to add friends / keep track of players from PC?
