I'm Laoni on the beta forums, or, Lahni Flaval over on Cactuar. I'm from Tasmania, Australia, and while I've probably already settled on a server and FC for launch, I stil want to be in contact with other Oceania players, we might be able to give each other tips and tricks, even if we're on different servers.
I didn't play 1.0, but I have played FFXI, where I was on Ragnarok. I registered for the beta test on a whim after my friend (WHo got me into FFXI) suggested I do it, and got in for the first weekend of Phase 2. I got ARC to 35, and CNJ to 31 over the weekends, and for Phase 3, I'm heading over to Ul'dah and playing as a PUG.
RL, I'm a full time student, doing year 12, and battling a chronic illness (If year 12 wasn't stressful enough) so I'm pretty busy, but I usually get some time in on weekends and the night.
