yeah EB seems to be the only place (since it's exclusive and all)..

i am actually strongly considering on buying the physical CE.. despite owning the original game.

I hope we can get it at our countries with the preorder bonus thing :x. so far no retailers in singapore has it, and usually when they have, it don't come with preorder codes.

The only site i se that has international shipping currently is gamestop. but no collector edition there. and not sure if our credit/debit cards work :X.

How do we know if we are eligible for the free game?

I bought the CE edition of 1.0 but played it only when it was free..

Have they scrapped that idea and we should pre order anyway?

Last I heard anyone that has a copy of 1.0 can upgrade to ARR, doesn't matter when you played it or even if you never played it so long as you have a copy of it (only applies to PC version of course).
