How do we know if we are eligible for the free game?

I bought the CE edition of 1.0 but played it only when it was free..

Have they scrapped that idea and we should pre order anyway?dreamaaa

Last I heard anyone that has a copy of 1.0 can upgrade to ARR, doesn't matter when you played it or even if you never played it so long as you have a copy of it (only applies to PC version of course).Violet
