As a Free Company founder, my company grew incredibly fast and so did/has a lot of many other AUS/Oceanic FCs.

I have made a LS for the officers of each AUS/Oceanic free company to join so that we can communicate and assist each other.

There are obvious benefits to this, more noticeably at endgame content.
Say some people in my FC are going to run chimera or AK or something like that. As an officer, I can post it in the officer linkshell, then the other officers will see that and post in their FC chat that there is a group available for chimera or AK.
If anyone from their FC wants to join, they just post it in the LS who to invite or tell the person who wants to run it to /tell the person running it.

This cross FC communication will help immensely.
